With cross-disciplinary experience in content strategy, information architecture, user research, and design, I focus on understanding the motivations behind our users to create meaningful and frictionless experiences.
Having been brought up by my grandparents, I naturally learned about the importance of communication, design, and accessibility by helping them adjust to advancements in technology around the household. Their struggles and experiences sparked my curiosity to learn more about how people think, remember things, and make decisions.
I graduated from UBC with a Bachelor's in Psychology and pursued a certification in UX Design at RED Academy. Currently, I drive the research, strategy, and design of content and information architecture on BestBuy.ca to ensure customers are able to find the right information, products & services that they need.
